This large plate features a stunning black rim with a golden sheen, giving it a refined, almost art-like presence. Though a functional dish, its beauty rivals that of a decorative piece.
With its generous size, placing your main dish on this plate instantly transforms your dining table into a luxurious setting.
If you want your cooking to look elevated, this is the plate to use. After all, the impact of a dish depends not only on the chef’s skill, but also on the plate it’s served on.

Mino ware is a type of pottery that began during the Momoyama period and is primarily produced in Toki City, Gifu Prefecture. It flourished alongside the rise of the tea ceremony and was especially favored by tea masters during the birth of Japan’s wabi-sabi aesthetic. Notable styles of Mino ware include the refined pale yellow Kizeto, the lustrous jet-black Setoguro, the soft milky-white Shino ware, and the uniquely green Oribe ware, all known for their distinctive beauty. Today, Mino ware accounts for over half of all porcelain tableware produced in Japan.
