Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid)

We are pleased to offer a seamless shopping experience for our customers in the United States. All orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.

This means that all import duties, local taxes, and customs fees are fully covered by COTOWAKU. The price you see at checkout is the final price—there will be no additional charges upon delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer premium express shipping via FedEx to ensure your handcrafted ceramics arrive safely and quickly to your doorstep.

  • Orders $120.00 and over: FREE Shipping (FedEx Express 2-5 business days)
  • Orders under $120.00: Flat rate of $22.00 (FedEx Express 2-5 business days)

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages

COTOWAKU is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at main@acmjp.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of delivery to file a claim.
